i've got about 6 cycles under my belt, i was curious about igf1 and type of results i can expect.
Currently i am 5'10 245lbs @ 19% bodyfat and eat 7 times a day (40% pro, 45% carb, 15% fat) not really on a cutting diet or anything. I train 5-6 days a week, weights for 40 mins, cardio for 25 mins...
