i think everyone is getting MUSCLE MILK and EVO PRO mixed ....both from same company, both have the same proteins, but EVO-PRO has 0 fat and low carbs....MUSCLE MILK has some fat, carbs and creatine.....the labels on both look alike

i've got about 6 cycles under my belt, i was curious about igf1 and type of results i can expect. Currently i am 5'10 245lbs @ 19% bodyfat and eat 7 times a day (40% pro, 45% carb, 15% fat) not really on a cutting diet or anything. I train 5-6 days a week, weights for 40 mins, cardio for 25 mins...

latamier, finally the doctors have reviewed my last m.r.i's ....i've been informed that i tore the muscle from the tendon and that muscle doesn't hold suture well....my doctor said that down time will be at least 6 months after surgery......does that sound right?
