What do you guys consider to be the best ratio for dieting? EG Protein%:Carbs%:Fat% I am getting ready to start a Winny EQ cycle and am looking to shed some unwanted body fat while maintaining my muscle mass. I currently weigh 192 lbs. 5'8" and my BF is probably 15-18%.

I mix up: 1 Cup Splenda 1 cup Nat Peanut Butter 2 Eggs Eay 3-4 tbsp. 20 min before a workout. Gives me good energy and takes away the food cravings while working out.

Which way is better? Shoot or drink?

Does the EQ need to be injected more than once a week or would it be ok to inject once due to its ester.

I can get more EQ if I need to. How should I alternate between the oral and injectible winstrol?

The old boldabol does have the r sign. They both have grey stoppers. They look identical in every aspect except for the name.

In your blood serum your testosterone level should be between 200 and 800. I am not sure in what unit they measure this in.. The daily production of test is between 4 and 10 mgs. A while back I went to the doctor to see if my test level weas low (I had little energy). This is what he told me.

I was told that they were 50mg tabs. There have no markings on them.
