Felt pretty good. To be honest it was a struggle to get myself in at 6am this morning. But once I got going felt good. Started Taking L citrulline 2000mg and L arginine 1000mg pre workout the pumps are great!

Yeah it’s been a while I do mix and match hacks and leg press in there. Once I get my coach on board will have more structure to it . Leg day is where I struggle most to think of and utilise solid variation

Short for time this morning, need a new program / approach for legs. Feel I’m doing the same shit over and over , where I might do hacksquats or incline leg presses
