Today was strength. I've been doing Wendler programming for all my big lifts as well as power cleans which have now been changed to squat cleans due to better form. Worked out with my two friends and did a pretty killer workout.

Was the trail run for recovery or just for cardio? If I'm going for recovery or long duration slower pace I use breathing through my nose as a self-limiting factor. Workouts are looking boss, bro, just wait 'til the S-4 starts to kick in :)
Nice gains, bro, but did you mean you gained 2% body fat or lost 2% body fat? I didn't even diet strict and my body fat went down around 2% over 8 weeks. The recomp and strength/endurance gains were definitely legit.
