    Did a full body circuit yesterday. Very high rep just to get blood going. Leg press - overhead press Press machine super setting with v bar cable rows No less than 30 reps- taking my kid to the zoo today so won't be posting

    I never get less than 4 for any weight never maxed out. I don't remember my numbers tonight but I did 6 sets of squats. 135x11 225x10 225x10 275x9 315x4 225x16(good song came on) Then hamstring and quad girls 5 sets each

    Hey thanks for tagging along man. So the chiro says I have what's called a Subscapularis strain- very common with heavy benchers. Will heal on its own with some stretching and time. So no heavy presses for me- tons of high volume and cable flys lol. Fuxking shoulders are 60 and my body is 24
