Thanks so much!! The numbness tingling have subsided and it is not as red! :-)

OK so I did my third shot of test on Friday. It was a 22g 1" needle got a little sore the next day and progressively got worse. Then a small red area with a small knot. So yesterday I iced it used a hot rag and massaged it. The redness kinda of dissipated. Then about 2 hours later i looked again...
