Bro I was doing one body part per week before I stared training this.
The guy at my gym told me this will help me bulk up quicker then doing once in a week body part.
This is my current training split
Monday chest shoulder and triceps.
Dips 4sets 15reps
Incline bench press 4 sets 12-10reps
Shoulder side raise 4 sets 10-12reps
Triceps pully 4 sets 10-12 reps
Triceps ext 4 sets 10-12reps
Core exercise and stability and conditioning
Tuesday back n biceps...
Hey bro just wondering I've only put a 1kg on so far it's been 4 week so far is my gear bunk? Or I just have to wait longer for it to kick in.
