    what are the amounts of your food? this tells me nothing w/o knowing how much. i would do a 4/5 day weight program, reps in 8-12 range. cant say about cardio since i dont know your stats. hiit isnt good for every session. vary w. SS.

    you need a balanced diet of pro/fat/carbs. you wont build muscle on protein alone. i still think at that weight for your height your BF is way to high to use AS. diet and cardio adn heavy training is what you need, not drugs. do you weigh your food? post your diet.
