i have ordered from overseas and thru canada. never had a problem. knock on wood. i know alot of my buddies do it almost weekly and they get it every time.

that is it right there. i wouldn't go over 8 that is for sure. take some flax seed oil also just to give your liver a little help also when taking the winny.

i scramble 12 egg whites and 1 yoke with a small amount of skim milk. i do like to use some salsa from time to time to give it some flavor

i like to use relish with a few cans of tuna just to sweeten it up a little. no sugars just some sodium. nothing that a little sweat cant solve

i saw the comercial on them today, i am gonna give them a try this week also
