I have been trying to eat healthier..more protein, fruits, just better in general, BUT I have been getting alot of GAS...and not just gas that you can get away with spewing...its STINKY gas..and when I hold it in..its SOOO Painful....
any ideas to help???
I take it usually before running..I have asthma and it helps. doesnt really suppress my appetite, even when combined with caffeine...but thats just my experience.
