Do I need to do Nolvadex or Anastrozole while on a cycle consisting of: 200mg Test cyp EOD, 50mg Test Propionate/50mg Drostanolone Propionate/50mg Tren Acetate EOD, 50mg Anadrol ED?

I finished a test cyp, tren cycle 3 weeks ago. I started HCG one week later then I started 10mg Nolvadex twice a day. I have no lumps behind my nipples but my nipples themselves were large, inflammed, and sensitive. There is also more fatty tissue throughout the breast area than I would like...
