Forgot to add! Please can someone with more experience (I'm a novice) tell me what they think about my diet?
9 am- Breakfast: oats with milk and whey shake.
11 am- 3 eggs
12pm*train*
1pm- shake & 2 bananas
3pm- tuna and noodles
5pm- main dinner consisting of a large portion of meat
7pm- 3 eggs...
