Pro endurance athlete....... winny 20mg/day and test prop @ 50mg/d.... but you have to stop the winny at least 2 weeks before race as it makes you dehydrated so water and carbo laoding goes to shit.... EPO if ya can find it

Hey Bro I'm a cad 1 elite rider. i've used test prop 50mg/d and winny at 20mg/d. Works great, put on a little bit of weight but my power/weight ratio went through the roof!!!! Also use eca for racing. like to try epo but really hard to find...... Very important to drop the winny at least two...
pro triathlete....prop and winny are great for recovery and during season, but keep amounts lower than BB's. 20mg winny/day and 50mg prop eod...worked great..
