    yeah i get that, but im saying would AAS use at the same time as IGF make your body produce more cells? regardless i started my IGF use yesterday (Even though im in my 'off' part of my cycling) and i must say acetic acid even with 6 parts BACS stings like a bitch haha

    question which has been bugging me for ages, i know you will obviously get bigger if you use AAS and IGF, but i'm thinking purely in terms of cell division, will you create just as many new muscle cells using igf say during pct and off gear as you would on gear?

    ok erm... diet is pretty clean consists mainly of rice, chicken and fish (salmon for the most part) and meals are broken up with meal replacement shakes (cnp pro mr only 270kcal per shake but just over 40g protein) im consuming around 350g protein and about 250-300g carbs as i said after week 4...
