I have a choc whey protein powder that is low in sugar/carbs which i like, but the taste leaves a lot to be desired.
I want to get a really good tasting one that is lower in $ and doesn't have to be bought online (hate paying for shipping :evil: )

gosh, kudos to you people who post each day, it takes a lot of dedication to sit down and put in each meal.
well i am still doing the same cardio 4-5 morns a wk. and basically the same foods.
I did splurge some over the weekend. :evil: Gonna have to cut that out though or i'll never get...
Hey rocky road, about the patties, i used one 14.5 oz can, 1 egg, and a few crushed crackers (i've done it w/o the crackers too) and just cooked them in pam on stove.
They are tasty!! :chomp:
1 salmon patty 6 oz sweet potato
diet soda
glass of water
slice of ham
sm piece of cheese pizza( frozen), i choked :worried:

walked a mile and a hlaf again on slight incline :)

3egg whites 1 whole egg rolled up in tortilla
hot mug of low carb cocoa made with water

evening meal= salmon patty cooked in pam with 1/4 cup mashed potatoes. diet soda
*I used a can of salmon and 2 eggs 8 wheat crackers and it made 5 patties.* I only ate one though.
