everything worked until yesterday, I check my mail all the time. It just happened, one day it worked, the next day it didn't.

with elite mail, I have tried to get into it since yesterday and it won't let me in. I get to the passphrase and it won't let me type anything. is there something wrong? can Chris or anyone w/ power fix it please. THANKS FOR READING, SUGGESTIONS, AND THE SOLUTION.
