I saw good gains with 250 first cycle around week 6. Stick with it and i agree with others on bumping up the cals. Thats the hardest part for me.

Still have a lump in glute from a two week prior 3ml injection. ?? Test 500mg\nandrolone 300mg. I have take other shots of this size before and the typical oil lumps did not last this long .... any ideas anyone on what this could be?? Its not painfull, not red, not hot just a lump. ?? :worried:
