Hey, I am new to this forum. My problem is that I have flab on my chest that I haven't been able to get rid of. When I started lifting, I was kinda chunky, and now I'm a lot thinner, but I still have this flab on my chest. It's been about 1-1/2 years of trying. It's been pissing me off. Maybe...
