You can put it all in at once. Mix it while it all melts together. I say 20 mins.

It's not about dissolving, you have to really brew it together. Some of the BA needs to evaporate too so that it doesn't sting.

I agree. Not much to report as is usual with a good AI. The lower dose has had a positive effect on my libido and taken away dryness. My chest looks great! Good stuff and would recommend it, especially in a clutch where someone would need an AI quickly.

I went to 1/2ml twice a day. That's 25% of the recommended dose. I can tell you that there is zero puffiness or squishiness around my nips either. They look tight all day.
