Is this possible or do I need more then 1g carbs for every kg bodyweight?
If it's possible, should most of the carbs been taken after the workout or before?
I read this in a German internet forum ... but in Germany ALA is almost unknown. Very few people use it and even less people know anything about it.
If you tell me that it works, then I'll try ... but without chocolat milk, perhaps with banana milk :)
Right now I'm on a low carb diet (100g each day).
I wonder if ALA will work for me even if I get most of my carbs out of curds.
I'm not sure because I read that ALA does not work perfectly with milk products.
