    It is getting rather expensive buying 2 tubs of protein, 1 whey and 1 mix. The whey for pwo and the mix for morning and night.

    Why would you not take it pre-workout. I workout in the mornings and have changed from 1/2 cup of oats/ 10 eggs whites to 2 serving of whey with 1 tbps of flax.

    when using whey protein and flax oil or any other type of efa, how much does the efa help slow the absortion rate of the whey protein? Would it be better to get some type of protein blend instead?

    Diet Help?

    Is it the brown rice or the carbs from the brown rice. I believe 1/2 cup would around 22 g carbs. Anyways, I switched it up to 4 oz of sweet potatoe instead of the brown rice. Are the cravings from my calorie restriction or just in my head?

    Middle of the night..........

    I usually eat 8 oz chicken breast with greens or 6 oz lean ground beef (7% fat) with greens, yet I still get the pb cravings. I bought some micell edge, same thing as muscle mulk, to see if will help. If all else fails I will lock the cabinets and throw away the key....

    Before I used to get up just to piss, now it is piss and eat pb. Where can you get intorvarin, if it is an over the counter drug or vitamin let me know.

    If I don't do cardio then I am sure that I would get fat or better yet my love handles would get wider. I kill myself doing cardio. Last night, again ended up eating a crap load of regular pb, ran out of npb. And, I brought in my muscle milk so that I would just mix up a shake instead..... :worried:

    I wake up around 3/4 am and find myself craving peanut butter. Someone told me that is was because of my diet. I usually scarf down 6-7 tbsp, but if the craving is real bad I jump into cookies. It screws my diet all up. Anyone have any pointers?

    So what would happen if someone, I for instance, decided to eat 2200 calories which is 500 cals under my bmr, consisting of let say 300 p, 200 g, and 15-20g fat?

    Exactly, sorry if I didn't word it correclty. The generic diet would be allot higher in protein and low fat.
