Nothing wrong with a small amount of test. But women usually have to balance test estrogen and progesterone. And im no expert on the amounts to use. I am assuming like men and the HPTA when you use an exogenous hormone it will mess around with you natural Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Ovarian (HPO) axis.
Thats actually a pretty great push pull workout man and great getting the extra reps and weight increases to keep that progressive overload in work.

Even just finding additional time to walk around the block for 15 mins or more instead of sitting at home. I have made a coffee before work and literally used 15mins to drink it walking around the block before getting in the car and going to work. Doesnt sound like much but the activity adds up...
