"losing weight is cals in vs. cals out, just that simple." also in conjuction with your activity rate to find maintenance level. if it stay the same then doesnt matter but can adjust. ie doing lots of cardio

wondering about another thing mr.x are two hot dogs and two plain buns very very bad for you. the sodium looks high on the hot dog meats with the total 2 dogs and 2 buns being a whopping 700 cals
what is the difference nutrionally
bulking mode.
eating the flax seeds is difficult as they are such a fine-grain and hard to swallow without cold water .
whats the purpose of either of these anyways in a bulking diet / how much per day
