My family and I did the same thing over Thanksgiving and we all stayed in Ketosis too. We ate pie, mashed potatoes...etc....sometimes we took a 500 mg or sometimes 1 gram.

I still haven't decided which route to take. I may stick with the CKD for awhile longer and then evolve into the "clean" eating lifestyle. I still have much to learn!
I am a 27 yr old female mother of 2. My body fat is at about 32% right now...
I am currently doing the CKD diet. Would I get the same results by just eating clean along with my workout regimen? Clean as in low carbs but incorporating some complex carbs such as oatmeal or sweet potatoes?
Essentially, doing the CKD but adding these "good carbs" and possibly not doing...
