I'm a 50 year old Crossfitter, having trouble loosing the fat, keeping the muscle, and though I cycled successfully (once) a couple of years ago, it's getting harder and harder to maintain... I REFUSE TO GIVE UP! So I'm going to Cycle again... WTF NOT? I mean, I look OK... I need to feel and perform better, would rather go out FIGHTING than being a useless old man!
