Personally for proteins, I stick to Extra lean ground turkey, Chicken breast, Extra lean ground beef, salmon, eggwhites yadda yadda. For fats, it's ALWAYS walnuts, almonds, flax, and olive oil.

Before I shaved my head, i'd use cheap stuff sometimes, and i'd get flakies ( I know gross). But when i happened to use the good chit I never had the problem. Stay away from Pantene. :evil:
