Thanks gentlemen Thanks for all the help. I'll start with two or three a day and work up from there. Once I find the right dosage for me, I'll hit it two weeks on, two weeks off. Everybody have a great weekend.

Just got some Clen (Spiropent) from Madrid. Can you guys please tell me how much you usually take, what frequency, and how long. I've got 90 tabs. Not using anything else currently. Thanks in advance.
