Yeah I use the PAC too...pretty dungeony but it's got the stuff...I'm glad they started switching to rubber, the metal bells kept breaking. They really gotta do something about the equipment, it's pretty damn sketchy. I hate how the PAC packs up though, especially in the winter months.
Alum is at 60, I'm actually still a student (at Waterloo) but there's no air conditioning in the strength and conditioning room. I'm only here for 4 months as it is a coop term, after that I have 'free' access to Waterloo's gym.
Anyone know a good gym in Toronto that's well equipped (heavy free weights)? What's the market rate for a gym nowadays? I checked Goodlife, best rate they can give me is 25 biweekly which translates to 50 a month...pretty fucked compared to 27/month at U of T (includes a 50 m pool). The...
Diabetes mellitus (type II adult onset) is usually due to a loss of insulin sensitivity (the effectiveness of insulin action on cell membrane glucose transports). Basically insulin (protein based hormone) is a key to open a doorway (membrane transport channel) so that sugar can to get into the...
I got a credit card when 18...I just use it as a debit card...I never ever buy things on credit, the concept in itself can be quite stupid as you should always keep reserve money on standby. I never understood how people let creditors plunder them so easily...unless they were in a desperate...
www.vanguard.com has a few indices but I think you need a 3000 minimum...apparently the S&P500 beats out 60-90% of mutual funds and it just tracks the market =/. It compounded at 12-15% since its inception in 1976? Something to look into. Or you can go huntin' on your own ;), remember that...

First para: research + what you can offer
Second para: your experience (imply what you can offer)
Third para: interview follow up, contact info and reference to resume
Since the SAS Institutes inception in 1976 it has...
You might want to add a bit of details to show them you did research on the company (if you're that desperate)
"good-natured person. Combined with my upbeat personality"
Hmmm
Well I write cover letters as part of my coop shit, not sure how it is in the real world, shouldn't be any different
Good work, most people never see it out of the red. Just be sure not to accumulate more. I think the secret is just spending less than you earn and investing the surplus. You seem to be on your way there, especially after you stocked up 6-12 months worth of money to live on.
Don't rely on our...
