I'm on an anadrol/sust/winny cycle and am bulking. I am 5'7'' and right now about 210lbs at 10% bf. I am hungry all the time and prior to cycle I planned it out where I would have a meal every two hours but I find myself eating at least every hour to 1.5 hrs. I was wondering if anyone else...
Dude... it is not wise to eat anything solid during a workout. Anything that requires your body to pull blood from your muscles into another part of your body (i.e. into the gut to digest the food) is robbing you of precious nutrients you could be forcing through your muscles. Eat before...
