If you want 100mg/ml then you would want three carts and a 6g kit. Each cart is 2000mg, so 3 carts would be 6000mg. The 4g kit comes with approx 50ml of sesame oil, so this would give you 120mg/ml (6000mg/50). The 6g kit comes with approx 60ml of oil, giving you 100mg/ml (6000mg/60).
