First thing is DROP THE COKE!!!!! Water, water, water, water...I was just told on a post when I was asking about how much water I should consume...and was told that you should drink in oz your body weight. So, that would mean you need 125oz. Also, why don't you ask your mom or dad to get you 1...

Just started taking T-rex again and WOW!!!! The first time I was taking it I was not eating/training right so... my own fault. But for the last 3 weeks diet and training are great and I have dropped 4% bf! I am sure the YES had a big part also. I love this stuff! Thanks AF

Hi all. Could someone explain to me the need and benefits for 1+ gallon (s) of water per day. I drink abour 3/4 gallon but I have to pee like every 15 minutes...seriously. Do I really need to drink more?
I had a c-section with my daughter, and I swear by pilates for getting my tummy back into shape. I stayed out of the weight room and only did light cardio and pilates for 2 1/2 months and then very slowly got myself back into working out with the weights.

I bought the Green Tea extract from the AF store...and WOW what a boost. I think my CNS died (long time ago) and for some reason when using the green tea with my T-Rex I felt a HUGE boost!!! Not sure why this is? I bought it for the antioxidants so that was a great surprise and bonus. Very glad...
