Will someone point me in the correct direction on this if possible please....I am looking for the 10 food staple that should be in my diet. Is there a "gotta have" thread dealing with food and suppliments that I keep overlooking?

I would say build one customized via Excel or a program like that.

I had this same problem, then I met my wife. She had no problem getting it done...and I was like "damn, no woman has ever gotten it done before". But she just knew what to do.
