I am getting ready to start some hgh and i was wondering what else would best complement the goast besides testosterone? I have heard people talk about insilin and i-gf1 and a number of other things. which things work best and what are some standard doses for insilin ect.?

I need to know wich is the better to take and easyer to make. can any of you experts help?
