    try 100mg of gluco, add 5g of creatine your gatorade, and 4g of arginine pre workout. That produces serious pumps. I was really surprised.

    You want ~20lbs with minimal fat gain, right? I would recomend something a bit different. Maybe: Weeks 1-10: Test (whatever ester) 500-750mg/wk Weeks 1-8: Eq 500mg/wk Weeks 1-8: Tren 37mg/d Weeks 5-12: Anavar 30mg/d Weeks 1-12: Arimidex @ 1mg/d Then straight into PCT.

    Hi everone :)

    Cool. My wife and I go to UH. She's swimming at the rec center as we type. She has about the same goals as you....well maybe not the chisled abs, but just a nice athletic build. Im sure you've figured it out, but avoid the winny. The Mrs was MEAN on that stuff. Good luck with tour goals.

    CNS stimulants and nootropics are my preference. dexadrine or ritalin are good. Halo is a pretty potent CNS booster with regaurds to strength. Tren is always a good answer, unless your ripped up already, in which case you'll probably get some lean mass, and if theres no blubber to shed...

    muscle milk would be good for the first 3 weeks, but after that you'll need to tighten up the diet a little. That means saying goodbye to MM's creamy goodness and going to more blah protein powders. Evopro from cytosport is pretty good tasting, + its low carb/low fat.
