I have been lifting for a year or so but not any special program...i havent done any cycles before but am looking to start to be more serious about lifting and what not so i turn to you guys for advice what to do what not to do....bodyfat im not sure i can find otu and get back to you
Hey everyone im new to the forum so first off id like to say hello :)..Anyways I am 6'2" and weigh around 210-220 range never really go under or over. My goal is to get cut and but a lot stronger i would like to stay in or around this weight if possible any advice as to waht i should take or do...
