    -400mg EQ/w w1-10 -750mg sustanon w1-10 -20mg nolvadex/ed (I can't have liquidex ou ari.) My goal is to cut, to harden and add a muscle quality. How do you find the dosage? Must I reduce to 500mg/w for the sustanon?
