Nah, no inflamed tissue, just pain in both knees going up and down stairs and sitting for a while. My doc thinks it's arthritis. To be quite honest this naproxen isn't doing much and i've been on it for two weeks. Thanks for the help guys.

The same thing happened to me. My knees still haven't recovered and I'm about six weeks off. I still can't blame it 100% on the var but who knows? My knees never gave me problems before.

I never actually had problems with my prostate, but i take saw palmetto and cranberry juice concentrate as a preventative measure. If the stuff actually works, I'm not to sure.

Isopure I found online cheap at muscledepot.com but I now get it at one of my local GNC's, $54 bucks for a 7 1/2 lb tub. Awesome price. I always thought GNC's had the same prices. Who knew.
