Here you go: Clomid: 100/50/50/50 Nolva: 40/20/20/20 The dosage is by the week per day. So week 1: 100mgs clomid and 40mg nolva per day. Week 2: 50mgs clomid and 20mgs nolva each day. and so on....

As these guys have said do a proper clomid & nolvadex pct. HCG isnt a bad idea either. Blood work is so important too.

ChemicalNeed's cia is good stuff. They won't ever give a dosing chart, though. For me liquid cia takes a bit to kick in so i'd take it now. 15-30mg and I'm good for 2 days.
