my waist reduced after few weeks of cycle with good diet and cardio.

Winny = 50 mg ED Sus = 1 vials EOD Proviron = 50 mg ED my currently weight is 90 kgs, i was 84.xx kgs before cycle. I do cardio 3timesx40 mins /week and high protein , low carb diet. my waist reduced 1.5 inches.

I am also running Winny + Sus + Proviron . I 've gained 5 kgs lean mass. If you never used Winny 50mg /EOD would be enough.
