Guys if the nips are puffy and have been for more than six months the only way you can get rid of it is to see the Doc... The glands are rather small some pea to bb size but they can support the fatty tissue causing the puffy look. I know.. I had mine cut out in 2007.. Best money I ever spent.. Tao
