I'm 19 and been lifting for 9 months hard.....gained about 25 lbs from it in about 10 weeks....my cycle went like this....1cc first week....1 cc 2nd...2cc, 2cc, 2cc, 2cc....what do you suggest now...? I'm trying to stay safe too...take that into consideration...
