I 5.6 currently 175 lbs. I have been heavy my whole life until around the age of 22. I try to work out at least 5 times a week with a half hour of cardio and moderate weight lifting. My diet is not the best I seem to either binge or crash diet, this is how I lost my original weight from 220 lbs to 145 lbs. I would really like to get down to 145 and stay there.
