To all the girls out there who decided it is time to make a change. You could do it push yourself everyday one day at a time. Stay with a possitive attitude, determination, clean diet and hard training. If i could do it you could do it to. I hope my pictures will be an inspiration to you :-)

This is me now at 152lbs size 8 clothing. Still have a long way in toneing departement but i'm proud of my achievement and i will get there :-). I want to thank all of you for your support and very good tips. This is one amazing site.
I got the courage to post my before and after pix. All thanks to Spatterson :-) awsome gal. This is me in February of this year at 210lbs 5'7 clothing size 22. By the way the treadmill in the background was a good coat hanger lol had to by some hangers when i started training j/k :D
