Basic CKD clarification
On CKD, do you base your nutrional values on your TOTAL weight or just your LBM? I've been on this for 3 weeks now eating based on my total lbs. and i've lost a few pounds but my waist size hasn't decreased a bit and I look the same in the mirror.
