I'm 22 6'2 227 16% bf been training since age 16. and I've been running test depo at 500ml a week spilt 250 on Mondays and 250 on Thursdays march 14 will be the beginning of week 4 I started off weighing 215 and now im 227 is that normal. And diet suggestions..? And i have nolvadex-d 20mg tabs...
