I might go this year, it's been 3yrs since I've been. I always seem to have some sort of excuse or commitment keeping me from going. 3yrs ago, I was a few weeks out from a show & I just didn't feel like dealing with all the f*@k heads. :) Fortunately, I don't have to get a hotel to go :-)

I have great success with saw palmetto as well. I usually start loading up on it about 4 weeks before running winny & continue running it for 8 weeks+ afterwards.

Winny is really tough on the prostate. It messes with me big time when I run it. Generall anything that makes your hair fall out excessively (winny) can agrevate your prostate.
