yea you shouldnt worry with just one a day, but make sure you dont take too much.... plus the acetaminphen in the vicodin is a killer on your liver... id go with vicoprophen's instead of vicodin.

vicodin fucked up my cycle, i took them every day and ended up with low, low sex drives, and my cardio workouts were not satisfactory, because i like endorphens and im pretty sure that opiates like vicodin block natural opiates such as endorphens, at least with me i couldnt get that runners high...

just go to quiznos and get a large sandwich with double meat, tell them to put whatever you want on it. im on a low carb, hi protein diet and i eat there all the time. Small wheat sandwich with double turkey and swiss only. Satisfys the hell out of me.

ive taken the time release every day, im so used to it, i can eat normally it just helps with my adhd and wakes my ass up :) you didnt explain why it was bad?
