    Carb loading on Ketogeic Diet?

I did a CKD back in the day and would generally run it 48 hrs after 5 days of depletion. I started off with high GI foods for the first 12-24 hours - things like white bread and sugary cereals, etc., obviously keeping fat as low as possible. It was a nice reward after the hell of depletion...

Can I Please Get Some Advice

I would focus more on diet than supplements....I never found OTC supplements to be a make-or-break factor in my conditioning. In my leanest days, I don't believe I was taking any supplements in fact (couldn't afford them) but my diet was always on point. I think people underestimate how...

    Caffeine doesn't work anymore!!!

I too suffered from major caffeine burnout. Starbucks put me on the payroll I was in there so effin much. I gradually reduced my intake and now I bounce off the effin walls just from the smell of coffee let alone ingesting it. I also heard a guy at my gym telling the tweeners around the...

Take ephedrine as a substitute for drinking coffee?

Caffeine pills would do the trick in terms of an energy boost without the downside of stained teeth, etc., that goes along with drinking regular coffee. No real need to add the ephedrine into the mix.

    Bsn True Mass?

Sure, two cups of milk would contribute around 24grams of lactose.

    question....

I see. I think you should be fine then. Although take what I say with a grain of salt (as I'm no doctor). I would think that the only real contraindications with zyprexa would be other medications - anything you might find in a sport supplement ought not interfere with it (other than the...

    question....

Do you consider these mild anxiety issues you are dealing with? Do you know the reasoning behind your doctor prescribing zxyprene? From what I have read briefly, zxyprexe acts on the CNS (I believe it also lowers blood pressure) - hence I would just be cautious while consuming stimulants...

    Mix and Match stacks

Certainly you can mix and match from different products lines - if that's what you're asking. What you want to avoid is the redundancy of taking too many products with similar ingredients. If money is tight, I mean, none of these supplements are a necessity (they won't "make or break" your...

best supp to take to start the diet

Just be sure that you gradually reduce calories (as opposed to drastically cutting your current intake in half). If you do it too fast your metabolism will not respond very appropriately to your goals.

I take a tablespoon in some protein (I mix it so it has a pudding consistency). Mmmmmm.

    Fatburners that work?

Yes, ephedrine is very easy to find in Canada. Like macro said, it's sold in 8mg tabs (several different brands are available). Most health food stores still carry it.

    Flax Help

Yes, I always include flax oil in my diet.

    A few product reviews

Thought I'd post up a few short reviews of the more popular supplements I've tried over the past year. SAN Vault Ok this is the absolute worst tasting product I've ever tried (and I usually have a high tolerance for horrible tasting things). Honestly, this stuff makes me gag and it had a...

    anyone ever use bsn prods

I've been using Cellmass and NO-xplode. Decent products I'd say. Excellent taste. I've noticed relative strength gains, although I can't say that these products are a "make or break" deal for my physique. The NO-xplode certainly gives a good pre-workout kick (perhaps it's merely the...

    PWO Shake question.

No, it won't have a negative impact. Your overall daily calorie consumption relative to expenditure is what will make the most difference. Provided you're eating clean and lifting hard and resting enough...the PWO shake is not a "make or break" variable.
