Ok, understood guys. I dosed at the recommended levels today. My recovery time is a little quicker. Cardio is most definitely improved (Felt the GW on the 2nd day). As far as strength, I feel a smidge stronger but nothing noteworthy. I'm impatiently waiting for the LGD to kick in full force haha.

Hey guys, I've been a lurker for a few months. Basically I want to know the proper way of counting weeks on a cycle. Does week 1 begin with the 1st injection on a cycle, or does week 1 begin a full week after your first injection? Sorry for my ignorance and thank you.
