On my first cycle I did 250 ml of test E and 60 mg of Var for 12 wk. I found out later I was gyno prone. After experiencing that I won't do a cycle without using Aromasin. Of course you have to eat clean, watch your calorie intake and work your ass off at the gym.

I think for your first cycle to introduce your body to steroid use, I would go with either Test Cypionate or Test Enanthate 200 or 250 ml and Anavar 60 mg. When I did my first cycle that's what I did and I gained about 25 lbs of lean muscle. My second cycle I did a 12 weeks Test Enanthate 250...
